WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Shipping Time Estimates

Elk offers free shipping on all orders.

Shipping times may vary.  Package arrival averages between 12-16 days from the date of shipment.  However, please allow up to three weeks for delivery from the time your items ship.  Some orders may take a little longer depending on demand. International orders including Canada and Puerto Rico may also take longer.  

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.  Tracking becomes available 5-10 days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation notification.

Elk is headquartered in Central New York.  Most orders ship from China via epacket, a service of the United States Postal Service (USPS) or respective destination country.  This is how we are able to offer great and affordable prices.

Multiple items may arrive as separate deliveries with separate tracking information.

Elk ships worldwide. Some restrictions may apply.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase.  Please compare the item measurements listed with each product with your own leaving room for a loose fit.  If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will gladly take it back and issue a refund.  Only items in their original new condition along with any tags and shipping packaging will be accepted for return.  Items are returned to Central NY.  Please email us at support@elkstyle.com to initiate the process.  Please clearly state the reason for the return and the item you will be returning if multiple items were ordered. Elk does not pay returned shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Our policy lasts 15 days from the time the last item in your order is delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase arrival, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

For logistical reasons, once an order has been placed it can be difficult to cancel.  Order cancelation approval is generally based on where the item is in the shipping process.
